A weekly practice for thoughtful professionals
One live 30-minute class every Wednesday morning, plus the structure to actually apply what you learn — class summaries, recordings, reflection prompts and a community of considered adults walking the same weekly rhythm. Built from 25 years of coaching, sized for a real schedule, designed for steady follow-through.
The pattern most thoughtful adults notice
Most of us are not short on insight. We listen to a podcast on the drive home, save a Substack post for the weekend, finish a book and start the next one. The library on our phones is excellent. The life we are actually living moves slower than the library.
Personal development quietly fragments into a hundred half-applied ideas. There is rarely a fixed time in the week to sit with any of them, talk them through, or notice what we'd actually like to change. Without that structure, even good frameworks slide off.
What's missing isn't more content. It's a steady rhythm of reflection and a small group of people doing the work in the same week.
Insight, without practice, doesn't compound.
Personal Growth Weekly
Personal Growth Weekly is a structured weekly rhythm for thoughtful adults who want growth to become consistent, practical, and embodied. Thirty minutes live every Wednesday morning. Frameworks chosen carefully. Reflection built in. A community walking the same week.
Thirty minutes, once a week. Designed to survive a busy diary.
A clear arc across the year, not random topics.
Each class ends with a small, do-this-week step.
A WhatsApp community of considered adults and direct access to me.
25 years of coaching. Written for adults, not algorithms.
What's included
Each part of Personal Growth Weekly is built to reinforce the others — so a single class becomes a week of reflection, and a year becomes real change.
Thirty minutes, live, every Wednesday at 08:00 SAST. One practical framework, taught conversationally, ending with a small step to take into your week. Drop in from anywhere. Bring a coffee.
Every class is summarised in a clean written note — the framework, the key question, the practice — so you can return to it on Sunday, send it to your team, or save it for later. Built to be useful even if you missed the live.
All sessions are recorded and indexed. New members get the back catalogue. Old ones can revisit a class from six months ago when it's suddenly the one they need.
Every three months I record a stepping-back video — what we covered, how the themes connect, and how to integrate the quarter into one or two things that actually move. A way to keep the practice from becoming a list.
A small, considered WhatsApp space for members. You can ask a question between classes, share what you're sitting with, or read what others have noticed. I'm in there too.
Every class comes with a small set of AI prompts you can use in ChatGPT or Claude to think more carefully about your own situation. A way of turning a 30-minute class into a one-hour conversation with yourself.
What members notice
Personal Growth Weekly doesn't promise reinvention. It promises a small, steady accumulation of clarity. Most members notice the same set of shifts within the first two or three months.
Subtle, cumulative, and the kind of change you notice in the rear-view mirror.
A clear fit, or no fit
Who is teaching this
I'm Francois Esterhuizen, a clarity and leadership coach based in South Africa. For 25 years I've worked with professionals and founders on the questions that don't get answered at work — about identity, direction, relationships, and how to actually live what we say we believe.
Personal Growth Weekly is the format I always wanted to give my clients between sessions. The frameworks, questions and mental models I keep returning to, taught in a way you can fit into a real Wednesday morning, with the structure that turns one good class into a year of steady practice.
It is the closest thing I have made to the work I love most — sitting across from a thoughtful person who wants to live more clearly, and walking with them.

The wider rhythm
Members of Personal Growth Weekly enter the Get Clarity ecosystem — a calm, considered space on Circle where each class is summarised, archived, discussed, and applied. Recordings sit beside reflections. Old themes resurface in conversation. Personal growth becomes something you can return to, not just something that happened on a Wednesday.
Calm, structured, members-only. No noise.
Membership
Most people sit in on a free class first. There is no pressure to subscribe afterwards.
Common questions
The free class is a full Personal Growth Weekly session — 30 minutes, live, on a Wednesday at 08:00 SAST. You attend like a member, you stay for the full session, and afterwards you'll receive the same written summary and reflection prompts members get. There is no separate "intro version" — you get the real thing.
No. Most members attend live when they can, and watch the recording when life is in the way. Every class is recorded, summarised, and added to the library within a day.
Yes. As a member you have full access to all past recordings, summaries, and reflection prompts — and everything new as it's added. The library is one of the most useful parts of the membership.
No. The class runs at 08:00 SAST (which is a kind morning hour for Europe, the UK, the Middle East and most of Africa). Members in other time zones join the recording. The community is South African in flavour but international in membership.
Thirty minutes, on the dot. It is deliberately short. Long enough to teach a framework and a practice, short enough to fit into a working morning, every week, for years.
Yes. The membership is month-to-month at R470. You can cancel at any time and you won't be billed again. No conversation required.
Closer to a structured weekly teaching, drawn from coaching practice. It is not one-on-one coaching and not therapy. If at any point your situation needs more than a weekly class can hold, I will gently say so and point you in a useful direction.
Every class comes with a small set of reflection prompts designed for ChatGPT or Claude. The prompts are written to help you think about your own situation, not to give you answers. AI is treated as a thinking partner — not a guru and not a productivity tool.
